Our Fav Nut Butters
Nut Butters are all the craze right now. There are so many variations of them out there and you always have to make sure to read the ingredients at the back! As sometimes there can be added sugars and hydrogenated oil, which aren’t the best for your health. Being the nutty butter tasters that we are, we’re sharing our shortlist of our absolute holy grails of all nut butters.
1. Nutter Company – White Chocolate Peanut Butter with Toasted Coconut (Rumi Love 5/5)
An upgrade from the classic Peanut Butter, this PB has white chocolate and coconut. It’s a hint of sweetness and still healthy with only peanut butter, white chocolate and toasted coconut. It’s absolutely a must try!

2. Meridan – Almond Butter (Rumi Love 4.5/5)
The almond butter from Meridan is the best we have ever tasted. Smooth and creamy, what more can you ask from an almond butter?
Meridan comes in tubs of 1kg, you can seriously finish this tub in one month! Add it into your daily smoothie, oatmeal or drizzle on top of fruit. Almond butter actually has more minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium and Vitamin E in comparison to peanut butter.
3. PB2 (Rumi Love 4/5)
Not exactly Peanut Butter, but this is the easiest way to pack in protein into your shakes/smoothies. PB2 is powdered peanut butter and is made by squeezing natural oils from peanuts. The PB2 powder has less than 90% of the fat in an average peanut – super for people looking to trim down their fat intake.
Nut butters are good, IF eaten in moderate amounts. Curb your sweet tooth by drizzling the nut butters on top of bananas, celery and apples. How do you eat your nut butters? Straight from the jar or with something else?
